Jax von Kalbe is a very handsome 4-5 year-old German Shepherd. As things unfold in his new environment, this big, handsome boy is a bit reserved initially; once comfortable, he will show you how sweet he is. He'll lean on you for attention and quickly make you feel that you are the center of his universe, and he's very eager to please.  Jax has a comfortable medium-energy level, does well on walks and stays close to you. When he encounters dogs during his outings, he is initially unsure about them but once the acquaintance is made, he walks nicely next to them. He enters playgroups shyly at first but, once he decides he’s surrounded by friends, he relaxes and wags his tail. He prefers easygoing females, and he even enjoys playing with them, but has a low regard for pushy types. (And no cats please.)
